Meg Ryan Sports A Navy Blue Frock While Out In New York City

  Meg Ryan was spotted today wearing a gorgeous navy blue frock that went down to her knees and was sleeveless while out on the streets of New York City. 

 Meg was spotted wearing a simple sleeveless, navy blue frock that went down to her knees and paired it with a pair of black loafers for the outing. She left her blond locks down and on curls for the outing.

 

 Meg accessorized the outfit with a pair of reflective sunglasses, a necklace, a navy blue handbag and topped off the entire outfit by carrying a a purple and beige colored hat.

 My favorite part of Meg's outfit is her navy blue frock because it looks nice on her and compliments her figure.

 Overall for Meg's outfit I give her a 4/10 because her outfit is over accessorized and quite frankly a hot mess with all of the accessories.
