 Kylie Jenner was spotted today sporting her newly dyed light blue locks while out and about in Los Angeles, California.

beige suede two piece outfit and paired it with a gorgeous pair of gold high heels. Kylie accessorized the outfit with six bracelets on her right hand, a silver watch on her left hand and a pair of gold framed aviator sunglasses. Kylie left her newly dyed ice blue locks down for the outing.

 Overall for Kylie's look I give her a 10 / 10 because I think that she looks beautiful. I love how she paired with light blue of her hair with a nice neutral beige color in her outfit. I think that it goes together quite nicely. My favorite part of the outfit is her beige two piece garment. I think that it looks stunning and incredibly fashion forward.
