 Rita Ora was spotted today wearing a stunning navy blue mini dress while on her way to receive a reward from the Kosovan Embassy.

 Rita decided to wear a grown up looking, navy blue mini dress which featured a stunning neckline. Rita paired the mini dress with a pair of black high heels and accessorized the look with a pair of black cat eye sunglasses, a pair of light denier tights, seven rings on her left hand and a gold bracelet on her left hand. Rita decided to leave her stunning blond pixie hair cut swept to the side for the outing. 

 Overall for Rita's look I give her a 10 / 10 because I really love what she is wearing. I think that it looks stunning and is very fashion forward. My favorite part of the outfit is her naby blue mini dress. I think that it looks fashion forward and very comfortable at the same time.
